Time for something a little bit different - a fan comic starring some background ponies.

Twilight and her friends may be the best of friends, but they are not the only friends in Ponyville. While Twilight and her friends have friendship that is magical, this string of ponies have a friendship that is much less tenable. Which is why their adventures are titled My Little Pony: Friendship is Tragic.

A team effort with :iconsaphin:. We opted to use lesser known background ponies to avoid stepping on the toes of some of the more fan-preferred character interpretations of popular background ponies (like Derpy).

I'll be uploading frequently until i run out of my pre-made stash of comics. Afterwhich, update schedule will drop to weekly or so. So keep checking back!

All characters belong to Hasbro and the appropriate copyright owners (these are just our interpretations of existing background ponies).

Sparkler (purple unicorn), Moondancer (white unicorn), Cherry (pink earth pony), Linky (blue earth pony), Cloudkicker (purplish pegasus) and Dizzy Twister (yellowish-brown pegasus - introduced at end of first arc).
