What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Technical Difficulties

Normally, on this feb monday morning, you'd be reading the latest friendship is tragic comic (your favourite derivative MLP comic, i hope :P).

However...

Yesterday i was working on the latest episode of Friendship is Tragic on my ubuntu 12.10 box. As is my custom, i was working and listening to music while saving periodically.

After finishing a particular element of the picture, i hit the familiar ctrl-s and began to wait as the program started to save. And that's when disaster struck! Suddenly, my entire computer froze - audio, video, everything! A lone note hung in the air, like a horrible prelude to what was to come. Even the save bar seemed to be stuck, mid-save.

But, fear not! It was not to last. After a short period of time, the entire computer shut down - seemingly for no reason at all.

I restarted my computer and navigated to my last working folder only to discover, shock horror, the file that i was in the middle of saving - the latest installment of Friendship is Tragic - was corrupted! 0 bytes, read the header!

Horrified, i attempted to salvage the work. I ran a program called photorec to recover deleted files on my harddrive. Alas, after several hours the only work i was able to salvage turned out to be from a few days ago. Some 6 hours of work that day had been erased. Gone! Deleted! Removed, never to be seen or heard from again!

There's a lesson in all of this, but i'm not sure what it is (probably something to do with how unstabled ubuntu 12.10 is).

Either way, however, there will not be an update to FiT this week.

That low note hanging, it always triggers a sense of dread for me, the harbinger of lost and wasted time. Hope you're not too discouraged by the lost work, it's a horrible feeling.

Do what I do, save every hour in a new file, then you can't lose more then an hour of work if worst comes to wear.
